Pre-Order

Items that are on Pre-Order will ship as soon as the item is available or has arrived and restocked. Any order that has an item that is on Pre-Order will be held until the entire order is ready to ship. Unfortunately we are unable to ship whats available and ship out the Pre-Order Item once it arrives.

Rejected/Undelivered Packages

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Leatherup.ca. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't here from your again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.

Re-Routing Shipped Packages

To reroute a shipped package, please contact our customer service to make a request. The fee for rerouting a package is $20-35. Additional shipping costs may apply to have your package rerouted or intercepted to a different address.
