FAQ — shipping

We do ship to different addresses than your billing address (credit card address) but we will first verify your order as a precaution against fraud. Because of the verification process, all orders with unverified addresses will be delayed.

After your order ships, Leatherup.ca will e-mail you a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 Business Hours for Tracking Activity. Please Click Here To Track Your Package. You can obtain the tracking number for the shipment from your email or by logging in to your account and review your order.
